  • Tuesday, November 11 - Thais Bernos, professor of icthyology and wildlife and fisheries bioloigy, at UVM's Rubenstein School of Environment and Natural Resources.  Everything you wanted to know about trout, and more!  7:00 pm at the DoubleTree by Hilton, Williston Rd. South Burlington (Amphitheater)

 

  • Thursday, December 11 * - Fly Tying Exhibition and Fundraiser - featuring Kevin Ramirez, Tom Weir, Ralph Kucharek, Gerry Herrera, Mark Wilde and Jamie Eisenberg.  5:00-8:00 pm at Zero Gravity, 716 Pine St. Burlington  

*Note that this is on Thursday, not the usual Tuesday, and the time is earlier.  Thanks to Zero Gravity for providing us with a fun place to get together, and for their generous support of CVTU!  

 

  • Tuesday, January 13 - Drew Price, Lake Champlain guide and author of "Favorite Flies of Vermont," a new book you'll want to add to your collection!  7:00 pm at the DoubleTree by Hilton, Williston Rd. South Burlington (Amphitheater)
     

  • Tuesday, February 10 ** - Julie Silverman, Lake Champlain Lakekeeper, Conservation Law Foundation.  Preserving the heart of our valley.  7:00 pm at the DoubleTree by Hilton, Williston Rd. South Burlington (Amphitheater)

** Note that despite what appeared on the recent postcard, it's on the 10th, not the 11th.  The confusion was possibly, though not certainly, due to the proximity of Friday the 13th in this week, i.e., mail gremlins.

 

  • Tuesday, March 10 - Thomas Ames, author of "Hatch Guide For New England Streams," to help you get dialed in this spring!  7:00 pm at the DoubleTree by Hilton, Williston Rd. South Burlington (Amphitheater)
